All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Returns

We guarantee 100% authenticity and quality items. You have 4 days from the date your item(s) was delivered to return for a full refund or store credit. Any item that is listed as FINAL SALE is not eligible for any return or refund. Items should be in the original form and condition it was received. Any authenticity seals placed should still be present when returned. Including but not limited to papers, dust bags, box’s, authenticity cards, keys, etc. If they are not present your refund will be denied and item(s) will be sent back to you. 

For any refunds/credits of returned items, please allow 2-3 business days after the item has arrived, in order for us to inspect and process the return. After the return is confirmed valid, the refund will be issued.

All refunds/credits will only be issued to the original form of payment.
